9800 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing use of the 9800 platform by users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 9800 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 9800 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The 9800 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 9800 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to terminate an account if verification cannot be provided.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to register one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. False or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any pending winnings. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure and not sharing it with any other party.
9800 recommends that users set a strong password and change it regularly. Any suspicious activity on an account should be reported to our support team immediately. 9800 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the 9800 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment. Using the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or to compromise system security is strictly prohibited.
The following actions are prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of any existing balance:
- Using automated software, bots, or any external tools to exploit the gaming system.
- Colluding with other players to unfairly influence game outcomes.
- Providing false information during registration or the account verification process.
- Abusing bonus or promotional programmes through unauthorised means or in breach of bonus terms.
- Distributing harmful, threatening, or unlawful content through the platform.
9800 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including temporarily freezing an account while an investigation is in progress.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 9800 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX online banking, and direct transfers via Maybank, CIMB, and other local banks listed on the platform.
Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes, depending on the method chosen. Winnings withdrawals are processed through the same channel used for the deposit and are subject to the account verification process. 9800 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet details they register are accurate and belong to them. 9800 will not be held liable for any withdrawal delays or failures resulting from inaccurate information provided by the user. Any transaction disputes must be reported to customer support within 30 days of the transaction date.

All content on the 9800 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software code, and gaming materials — is the property of 9800 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any of this content without prior written consent from 9800.
Third-Party Links
The 9800 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 9800 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Terms Changes & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
9800 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraud, or upon instruction from a relevant authority. Accounts suspended pending investigation will not be processed for withdrawal until the investigation is concluded. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact 9800 customer support via email to initiate the closure process.
Changes to These Terms
9800 reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with this agreement are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
